Chief Executive Officer
Christie Scanlon has more than 20 years of cost accounting and healthcare analytics experience with hospitals and health systems across the US, Middle East, and Asian markets. Her work has included developing and honing cost design templates, expected reimbursement calculations, data organization, visualization, validation and reconciliation best practices, service line reporting, and developing healthcare cost accounting curriculums. In addition to hospital and clinic cost model design, she has also developed revenue cycle management and productivity analytics.
Christie excels at implementing activity-based costing models in health systems, helping them to better understand the true cost of operations; information gathering, analysis, and data governance as part of service line profitability analysis; assisting in the selection of cost accounting software; creation of population health analytics to implement and test the efficacy of community programs and their impact on long-term patient outcomes; and developing statistical models to predict health systems’ average future costs by DRG. She specializes in cost accounting, surgery and emergency room analytics, and hospital/physician practice analytics.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.
